I bought this gun for home defense, and to carry on camping trips. It has never failed to shoot, and also quite accurate with 3 000 buckshot. But buyers beware of the massive, unforgiving recoil with this gun, it hurts even with a good recoil pad.

I bought this for my daughters for Christmas a while back, and liked it so much that I had to buy one for myself! This Escort is absolutely perfect for home defense. I keep in hooked to the bottom of my bed at all times. Small enough to use in a small space, and cycles flawlessly. I would not want to be caught in the middle of a home invasion with a poorly cycling gun. Just remember, when buying any gun for self defense purposes, make sure that you practice with it constantly. Without practice, you will lose your skills

I bought one of these guns three years ago and I've never had a minutes problem with it.IT is a nice gun for deer season because it is so lite and it is very acurate I've taken down 3 monster bucks with it.

I bought one of these in a 20 in, 7+1 shot, slug barrel (without a rear sight) for home defense in the Philippines. I grew up with Rem 870's, 31's and a Mos 500 in the States and this thing is just as reliable. The only problem i have with it is the cheap hollow plastic rear stock.. trying to figure out which model of replacement stock to order now. These are made by Hatsan Arms Company, they have been making shotguns in Turkey since 1976... I have shot many, many models of shotguns and i dont know if i have ever encountered a feed jam in a pump action shotgun. I think Ak-47 should stick to what he knows.
